Bogie Hearth Furnace
Om Furnaces & Ovens is one of the leading companies in India that exports heat treatment furnaces.These furnaces comes in various chamber sizes with single/double bogies to meet the customer’s requirement with a temperature range upto 900° C and power ratings varying from 18 KW to 750 KW along with a temperature uniformity upto +/- 1° C.
The material are loaded on the bogie with the help of any mechanical device and the loaded bogie enters into the furnace over rails by means of Electro-mechanical chain sprocket arrangement.
Interlocking Arrangements
Unless until the door is properly closed blower cannot be switched on.
Without blower no heating will take place.
Unless until the door is fully opened, to its upper limit, bogie will not move.
As soon as the door is opened blower will be off there by heating.

Air Circulation
The furnaces are fitted with centrifugal fan to circulate the hot air inside the furnace. These fans throw the heat generated by the heaters through the baffle recess to the charge and suck the same through the charge and back to the heaters, sweeping away the generated heat by the heaters to the charge. The cycle is continuously repeated there by temperature uniformity is achieved.
Heating System
The aluminum annealing furnace can be provided with electrical heating system through strip or wires (with low superficial wattage loading for longer life).
The heating elements of the furnace are suitably divided into number of heating zones.
Insulation
Furnace are lined with a combination of ceramic modules backed by ceramic fibre blankets of suitable grade with stainless steel studs for side wall, roof and doors to minimize the skin temperature.
