Copper Bright Annealing Furnace

We manufacture a range of electrically heated Bright annealing furnaces based on sound designs developed after decades of experience.These are built as per customer requirement which are pit-pot type. These are lined with latest ceramic fibre lining for better electrical and thermal insulating properties.
With each furnace one or more pot(s) are supplies depending on output required per day. The installation will be complete with vacuum pump, control panel and accessories.

Bell & Pit-Pot Type Annealing Furnaces:

These are most popular in cold rolling mills for annealing MS and alloy steel cold rolled strip coils. With each bell heating more than one annealing bases / pots are supplied to ensure continuous operation. The annealing bases / pots are well designed with liberal use of heat resisting steel materials to ensure good support to the charge.
